[Drone Magazine News] – On June 4, 2025, at the Japan Drone 2025 / International Advanced Air Mobility Expo 2025 held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan, South Korea’s smart drone solution company Vololand signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Japan Business Solution (JBS), accelerating its entry into the Japanese market.

This MOU marks a significant step toward introducing Korea’s cutting-edge drone technologies to Japan and strengthening bilateral cooperation in the drone industry. As Japan’s largest drone-focused exhibition, Japan Drone 2025 provides an ideal platform, and this agreement is expected to highlight the global competitiveness of Korean drone technologies.

Although specific details of the MOU have not yet been disclosed, Vololand’s comprehensive lineup—including drone stations, tethering systems, and battery solutions—suggests the potential for expanded drone applications in Japan and collaborative development of new technologies.

Through this partnership, Vololand aims to broaden its business opportunities in Japan and lay the groundwork for Korean drone technologies to contribute across various Japanese industries.

Both parties plan to work closely to create new business models in drone technology and ensure a successful market presence in Japan.
